How We Are Governed: The organization is governed by a fund advisory committee of up to 12 individuals.  The board nominates its own incoming members and votes for them to join the committee.  The Norfolk Area Community Foundation Fund is an affiliated fund of the Nebraska Community Foundation in Lincoln who is the 501c3 organization.  We follow all the guidelines and procedures as outlined by them with regard to fund advisory committees and their membership.
